Science Collaboration
Yesterday we invited the kindergartens to our room to show off our expert knowledge of force and mass. The students became the teachers and were able to share everything they learned.
Reading
The students have been sharing and collecting their text-to-text, text-to-self, and text-world connections.
Social Studies
The students learned about the Constitution and our state government.
Writing
The students creative writings are very inspiring! This week we worked on writing using quotation marks and commas.
Math
The students have worked really hard this week solving word problems. We have also practiced different methods of solving addition problems. Next week we will continue to work with different algorithms and finish up unit 2.
Student Council Elections
The students who choose to run for student council wrote their speeches in class and shared them with their classmates today. CONGRATS ISAAC for being elected our class representative:)
